If you are unhappy with any part of your purchase due to manufacture defects, you can return it for a full refund or replacement, subject to the T&C's below.
Any suspected missing parts MUST be reported within 30 days of delivery. If there are any suspected missing parts within a heat sealed bag, a picture of the unopened bag must be sent to us first via email before we address the issue.
Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and in the SAME condition as supplied, this means NOT started in any way or bags opened unless agreed by Swift Sixteen prior to the return.
If you feel there are any missing or damaged parts in a heat sealed clear bag, the whole unopened bag must be returned. Upon receipt of the sealed returned goods, we will correct and return your goods to you.
Return postage to Swift Sixteen is paid by the purchaser, as per the distance selling act. Swift Sixteen will pay for the return postage back to the customer as is also part of the distance selling act.
If parts are returned to us started without our prior agreement, the parts will not be covered by our guarantee and therefore will not be replaced free of charge. The returned started parts will also not be returned to you, unless the return postage is paid for, up front and in full.
This guarantee does not cover damage to the part or model due to careless handling, operator misuse or substandard railway infrastructure.
All of your normal distance selling rights still apply.
